It almost feels like it just happened yesterday, the beginning of Liberty Deli LLC. In truth it was October 2008. My wife (Pariss) and I (Ray) had our adventure begin in Dallas with a hope, a dream....and prayers for a healthier life.

 If you're in the mood for a great sandwich made with the finest “Boars Head” meats or just want a homemade cup of soup, then you need to stop by our place. As you can tell from our menu we make a wide range of Fresh Sandwiches, Salads and Fresh Daily Specials.

 Our Hot Daily Specials change every day week after week. We like variety so we try hard to keep you guessing. Soups are always made fresh, so don’t try to come at 10:30 trying to find some Tortilla soup....its still cooking!! We want to thank everyone in advance for trying our Deli.
